Fireball20xl -The site that started it all. I first went here sometime fairly early in 2003 and I've been hooked on webcomics ever since. Now there are more staff and a lot more comics but the laughs have never stopped coming. Oh, and if laughs aren't quite your thing but Sonic is, there a couple of really well done graphic novels there as well.
Exterminatus Now -Wonderful British humor displayed using a Sonic style drawing technique. These guys are just too awesome and funny for their own good.
CTRL-ALT-DELETE -A very humorous comic with all too many video game references. This site is definitely worth looking at. (Ah, who am I kidding? Why would I post a links section if all the sites weren't worth looking at?)
Furfire -This is a fantasy/anthro style comic. There are tons of comics with tons of good plot.
User Friendly -Canadian, eh? This comic comes out of Canada and is what some might consider a Dilbert wannabe(minimally). Nonetheless, these comics are awesome, they make fun of Microsoft and the techies spend their day playing games.
Sonic Verse Team -Tons and tons of Sonic fancomic stuffs. All the comics I've seen here have been great and this site is worth the visit and download times to see the comics.
VG Cats -I've seen them around, and they have great comics, it just took me forever before I remembered to bookmark them. Anyway, it's a comic (yeah we all knew that already) and it parodies various video games as well as just random humor from the main characters, which are cats. O_o
Crap I Drew on My Lunch Break -Mm, yeh, the name again says so... I don't have much to say, just go.
DMFA -Yet another anthromorpic comic, this one follows a lot of random adventures with a good bit of humor and whatnot.
Inhuman -A very well done sci-fi comic, there are some things that may not make sense, but otherwise it's a very well thought out comic.
Mountain Poutine -Again, it's anthro stuff. It's pretty whimsical, sometimes frilly or whatever, and if it's not your thing, I wouldn't be surprised. Dunno what else to say...
Carpe Diem -I'm really starting to run out of things to say about the comics I like... this one is also anthro (there's a pattern of course), and it's a fair bit of relationships and the like, both homosexual and heterosexual (yeh, fair warning to homophobics *shrugs*). I'd almost say it reminds me of a soap opera but it's not really over-dramatized and the likes. Um... yay bodybuilding anthros?
Least I Could Do -For as much sexual and generally silly stuff put into this comic, I still get so many laughs out of it. But in general, it's the adventures of a few guys and their hilarious sex adventures.
Ozy and Millie -The adventures, or in a lot of cases misadventures, of two fox kids. It a traditional type comic strip, black and white, and almost daily updates. I find it to be pretty good, it covers a pretty broad spectrum of topics and themes, and philosophy has to be the cornerstone of the whole comic, I don't mean that in a bad way, it just makes you think and wonder about things.
Furtopia -My web host! Yeah, okay I wouldn't normally do this, but these guys are the place to go if you're a furry artist looking for a FREE and AD-BANNER FREE webhost. What else can I say? The community is just cool and you can get yourself out there with the help of the artist archives and whatnot.
SheezyArt -I realize a lot of people already know of SA but... This place is somewhat like a webhost, but you aren't responsible for designing and uploading any pages, just your art. It's another great place to go if you're looking to get yourself out there and be seen, the community atmosphere is great, you get feedback from other artists, you get to view some of the greatest artists (in my opinion anyway), and can't emphasize how great the place really is.
DeviantArt -Again, I know most people know about this place... Same thing to say about DA as SA, there are of course major differences. DeviantArt is a LOT bigger but the place just doesn't seem to be quite on the same par as Sheezyart, though it does have some advantages over it.
Davesite -This is a very useful site if you ever want to learn HTML, CSS, and I believe some Javascript as well. Some of the lessons are incomplete and there is a lot of BS stuff around.
HTMLSopurce -Another HTML tutorial place. I discovered this one more recently and it's been quite useful, especially when looking at CSS coding, much better and more informative. I also like this site because of the lack of ad banners absolutely covering the site is garbage.
Font Freaks -I haven't really gotten the chance to give this place a good look, but it apparently has a ton of different fonts to download.
